These plump Cornish sardine fillets are sustainably sourced and gently preserved in Two Fields’ extra virgin olive oil, made from organically grown Koroneiki olives in eastern Crete. Clean, delicate and full of flavour, this is a fast, nourishing pantry staple.

How to eat
Serve the fillets on toast with a squeeze of lemon, add to salads or grain bowls, fold through pasta, or enjoy straight from the tin.
For a quick snack, mash the sardines with crème fraîche, lemon juice and fresh herbs. Serve with crackers or crudités.
