Sea Sisters Cornish Hake with Capers & Rosemary – British Tinned Fish in Olive Oil
Product Description
Sustainably Sourced | Hand-Crafted | Small-Batch British Conservas
Bright, flaky, and packed with fragrant flavour - this wild Cornish hake is hand-packed in olive oil with rosemary and capers for a punchy, savoury finish. Ready to eat straight from the tin or tossed through a salad, it's an easy, elegant way to enjoy sustainable British fish.
Line-caught off the Cornish coast and preserved using traditional methods, this tin is part of Sea Sisters’ award-winning range of British conservas. The hake is gently cured before being infused with rosemary, garlic, and tangy capers, creating a balance of richness and fresh, briny lift.
Inspired by Spain and Portugal’s conserva tradition, Sea Sisters was founded by Charlotte Dawe and Angus Cowen during lockdown and now produces small-batch tins from a craft cannery in West Dorset.
Serve with warm sourdough, roasted potatoes, or toss the oil through pasta for an effortless lunch.
