Product Description

Sustainably Sourced | Hand-Crafted | Small-Batch British Conservas

These rope-grown mussels from Dorset are preserved in golden olive oil infused with chilli and garlic for a punchy yet balanced conserva. Plump, tender, and naturally sweet, they’re ready to eat straight from the tin - just add crusty bread or a squeeze of lemon.

Harvested from sustainable farms off the south-west coast of England, these mussels are grown in a way that benefits the environment - rope-grown mussels filter and clean the surrounding waters, making them one of the most sustainable proteins you can eat.

Sea Sisters are setting a new standard for British conservas. Founded by Charlotte Dawe and Angus Cowen during lockdown, the brand now operates a small-batch craft cannery in West Dorset. Their approach combines traditional Spanish and Portuguese preserving methods with high-quality, UK-sourced seafood.

The infused oil doubles as a flavour booster - drizzle over roasted vegetables, stir through linguine, or mop up with fresh bread.
