Sea Sisters Rainbow Trout with Chilli Oil
Product Description
Smoked, spicy, and seriously good. Sea Sisters Rainbow Trout with Chilli Oil is hand-packed in Dorset using responsibly farmed British trout, gently smoked over oak and preserved in extra virgin olive oil infused with chilli.
Enjoy it straight from the tin with crackers, cream cheese, and pickles, or spooned over scrambled eggs for a breakfast with bite. It’s also excellent folded through warm rice or tossed with roasted vegetables for a quick, flavour-packed meal.
Every tin is made by Sea Sisters, a craft cannery based in Bridport, West Dorset. They handmake each batch using fish caught or farmed in the UK, supporting low-impact fisheries, women fishers, and sustainable aquaculture. Their conservas celebrate British waters - honest, small-batch, and beautifully done.
