Sea Sisters Cockles with Chilli & Garlic - Limited Edition

£10.00

Product Description

Briny, buttery, and beautifully British. Sea Sisters Cockles with Chilli & Garlic are hand-gathered from the sandy beds of Penclawdd in Wales and preserved in a fragrant olive oil infused with chilli, garlic, and bay. The result is a delicately spiced conserva that celebrates the natural sweetness of fresh British shellfish.

Serve them on salted crisps with a drizzle of the infused oil and a few sharp pickles - a perfect little bite that brings coastal flavour to your table.

Each tin is handmade in small batches by Sea Sisters, a Dorset-based craft cannery dedicated to preserving British seafood in season. They work closely with small fisheries using low-impact methods, ensuring every tin supports sustainable practices and coastal livelihoods.

Ingredients

Cockles bivalve molluscs (70%), infused extra virgin olive oil (30%), chilli, garlic, bay, salt.

For allergens, see ingredients in bold. Produced in a cannery that also handles fish, milk, wheat, and soy.

Please note: These cockles may naturally contain traces of their own habitat.
