Better Than Sex Roast Potato Seasoning
This is a bold, savoury seasoning designed specifically for properly good roast potatoes - crisp on the outside, fluffy in the middle and full of flavour. Made with herbs, garlic and black pepper, it brings depth and crunch without overpowering the potato itself.
Created in small batches in Scotland, it’s an easy way to level up Sunday roasts, midweek trays of potatoes or any dish that benefits from a deeply savoury finish.

Ways to Use It
Classic roast potatoes
Traybakes with root vegetables
Crispy potatoes for sharing plates
Sprinkle over wedges or smashed potatoes
How to Use
Parboil potatoes, drain and shake to rough up the edges
Scatter seasoning generously and shake again
Roast in a preheated tray with hot oil or goose fat at 200°C for 25 minutes
Shake halfway through, then reduce heat to 180°C and roast for a further 30 minutes until golden and crisp
Ingredients
Semolina, sea salt, dried parsley, dried oregano, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper.
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten).
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
