Mama Yu’s Original Chilli Oil is a bold, aromatic chilli oil made using a family recipe passed down through generations. Handmade by Xien and her chef mum, Jolene, it combines fresh and dried red chillies with fragrant lemongrass and lime for a rich, layered flavour.
Designed to be flexible and easy to use, it works just as well drizzled over finished dishes as it does stirred through noodles, used as a marinade or served as a dipping oil. Full-flavoured, balanced and deeply satisfying.
