Chimac Korean BBQ Wing Sauce
This Korean BBQ wing sauce is all about balance - sweet, savoury and gently umami, without heavy heat. Inspired by Korean fried chicken, it brings depth and richness rather than spice, making it easy to use and widely appealing.
Use it as a glaze or marinade for chicken, pork, lamb or vegetables, then cook however suits you - oven, air fryer, BBQ or pan. A simple way to add big flavour with very little effort.
