You’ll Need
50ml vodka
150ml Big Tom Tomato Mix
A few drops of Cool Chile Habanero Hot Sauce (optional)
A pinch of Asilia Chilli & Pepper Salt
A squeeze of lemon juice
Ice
To Make
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour in the vodka and Big Tom.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice, a few drops of hot sauce (if you like extra heat), and a pinch of chilli salt.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish to suit your mood - try lemon wedges, olives, or a pickled chilli.
