Our Spicy Margarita hits that perfect mix of sharp, sweet, and smoky, using our favourite Chilli Infused Tequila for heat and a splash of orange liqueur for balance. It’s the kind of cocktail that makes people say “you made this?” - even though it takes less than two minutes.

It’s zesty, fiery, and guaranteed to start conversations (and possibly a second round).

🍹 You’ll Need

  • 50ml Chilli Infused Tequila

  • 25ml fresh lime juice

  • 15ml orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)

  • 10ml sugar syrup (1:1 sugar to water)

  • Ice

  • Salt or chilli salt for the rim

  • Lime wedge or fresh chilli, to garnish

To Make

  1. Rim your glass with lime and dip into salt or chilli salt.

  2. Add Chilli Infused Tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, and sugar syrup to a shaker with ice.

  3. Shake well until cold, then strain into your glass.

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge or slice of chilli for a finishing touch.

Make It Your Own

  • Add a splash of soda if you prefer a longer serve.

  • Use Asilia Chilli, Pepper Salt for a spicy glass rim

  • Swap orange liqueur for blood orange syrup for a seasonal twist.

It’s punchy, elegant, and dangerously easy to drink - a proper Peak & The Pantry crowd-pleaser.

Best served with tacos, good friends, and nowhere to be too early the next day.
