We use Big Tom Tomato Juice, a ready-spiced British classic that brings just the right kick of heat and savoury depth without the faff. Add a splash of vodka, a squeeze of lemon, and your preferred level of Tabasco, and you’ve got the perfect cocktail for lazy weekends and sociable mornings.

You’ll Need
50ml vodka
150ml Big Tom
A few drops of Cool Chile Habanero Hot Sauce(optional — Big Tom already has a kick)
A pinch of Asilia Chilli, Pepper Salt
A wee drop of Perello Picanate Cocktail Olives
Ice

To Make
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour in the vodka and Big Tom, a dash of hot sauceif you fancy more heat, and a pinch of salt.
Stir gently and garnish to suit your mood - we like, lemons, olives and a pickled chilli
Make It Your Own
Swap vodka for gin to make a Red Snapper.
Add horseradish for extra fire.
Garnish with celery, pickled chili, or even a crispy rasher of bacon for brunch theatre.
